Approaching staff were eager to help and made our stay very lovely. The buffet breakfast was FINE and had meats, eggs, bread, croissants and cheese.

Best possible location, good breakfast, very approachable staff, plus great wi-fi. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. The room was warm and warm, we appreciated it. The attached restaurant was amazing, brilliant service. Next to a railway station to get everywhere quickly. Relaxing hotel, reasonable value.

Unbeatable location, fabulous staff, plenty of food for the buffet breakfast. The views from my large bedroom were spectacular! It was cool enough and I loved the exclusive decor. Within walking distance of a gallery and a cathedral.

nice breakfast, quiet guest room. staff were super and setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown. set minutes away from a train station, which helped to explore florence. there were lovely beds and wifi, cable tv and nespresso coffee inside the room. special service an a beachfront restaurant onsite.
